I have no good memory. The indifference of the middle management needs urgent restoration; only the junior staff are courteous. This is not a five‑star hotel because the housekeeping is chaotic. In the children's play area, a child was injured on the sole of the foot and bled. Is there no first‑aid kit? This place is completely unprepared. He ruined the trip. The restaurant’s middle manager was very rude. I will never want to go back there again and I do not recommend it.
