“NOT AN ULTRA INCLUSIVE HOTEL , look else where 10 days here was, way, way, too long...”
Our top‑floor room was spotless, and the cleaning and reception staff were brilliant, though the rest of the staff fell short. The salad bar was amazing, but there were so many items that none were labeled, and the staff rarely spoke English—so we stopped asking. As the hotel filled up, we had to queue for seating at meals and again for drinks at the bar. They’d say there was no ice when busy, but it appeared once things calmed down, which was frustrating. They also ran out of white wine entirely. The food quality was disappointing for an ultra‑all‑inclusive hotel: repetitive dishes, often cold or lukewarm, mostly chicken or turkey with bland sauces, and rarely labeled. Only a local lager was available. There was no quiet area, and when it rained the live shows moved into the main lounge, which felt inappropriate. We won’t return.
