The staff were very kind and friendly and met all my needs without extra costs. The location is excellent! The room was very noisy, you could hear traffic and honking from the street below. It didn't have air conditioning, only a fan.

Unmatched location, right in the center of Miraflores, close to everything and public transport just meters from the hotel. The hotel staff welcomed and attended me very cordially, always attentive. 10 points! They allowed me to store my luggage several hours before check‑in because my flight arrived early, and also after check‑out, as I had a late night flight. Very grateful!

I was impressed by the courteous service, though the room lighting was comfortable for sleeping, an extra light source for work would have been nice.

The entire team was attentive, especially Don Juan, but there were some noises inside the hotel during the early hours.
