Great contact with the friendly owners. The location is near the metro, close to the train station, bus stops and shops. The huge bed was very comfortable and clean. The cat‑themed extras were sweet. It was a bit noisy near the street.

“Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.”

I found no positive aspects to mention; the quality of the stay was very disappointing and the reception, as well as the handling of our issues, was unsatisfactory. Our room had a strong damp and mold smell, the bathroom was in a very unsatisfactory state, and we also found insects. The shower tap dripped all night and made a very annoying noise, preventing us from sleeping properly, and the bathroom door did not close correctly. We reported these problems several times, but no satisfactory solution was offered. I am attaching photos and videos so everyone can see the real condition before booking. For us, this stay was absolutely not up to what was advertised.

Très mauvaise expérience. Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon séjour dans cette résidence. La chambre était très sale et une forte odeur de moisissure était présente, au point de rendre le séjour vraiment insupportable. Les draps et les serviettes dégageaient également une odeur désagréable et donnaient clairement une impression de manque d’hygiène. Ce niveau de propreté est totalement inacceptable pour un hébergement payant. Je suis franchement dégoûté de cette expérience et je regrette d’avoir choisi cet établissement. Je demande donc un remboursement, au minimum compte tenu des conditions dans lesquelles j’ai dû passer mon séjour. “Genial, volvería a repetir.”

The room was very nice, spacious, and the bathroom was great; the building is old but fine. It is close to the center, about 600/700 meters away. There are cafés nearby for breakfast and a restaurant that is great, Martins, with homemade food at good prices. The only negative is that parking is paid and you have to pay every 2 hours. We had to download an app and keep an eye on it. The owner was very attentive and left us a breakfast treat. The parking must be renewed every 2 hours.
