We couldn't find this hotel at all! We landed in Madrid, went to the address listed, but there was no hotel there. No signs, no instructions from the hotel. Nothing. Evening, foreign city, foreign country, we had luggage and no place to stay for the night. Support hasn't replied (I sent several messages, still no answer), calls from our phones don't go through. That's all we booked.
