The place has a charming vibe and the team is fantastic, making sure you’re happy throughout your stay. The hospitality shines from the reception to departure, especially the woman in the yellow dress at the front desk—AKSHANA, if I recall correctly—who greeted me with a lovely smile and went out of her way to make guests comfortable, even offering an early check‑in and a fruit basket.
