The owner Estela and her assistant Lourdes were super helpful and friendly. They prepared a traditional Guatemalan breakfast for us. The place itself feels like a mini mansion with many beautiful details. The rooftop views were amazing.

Properly beautiful and authentic. The address is incorrect, the name is incorrect, the route is incorrect!!!!!!! The name is possada de los leones !!!!

The host and her team were attentive, polite, and empathetic. Finding the place was a 1½‑hour ordeal even though I was only 300 m away by Uber. The hotel is called Posada de los Leones and sits inside a private condominium; there is nothing called Zahar Boutique Stay Volcano. Rua de los Duelos is in X. I asked house‑to‑house and nobody could give me directions. The condominium and hotel names must be clearly stated at the time of booking.
