The rooms were clean and the property well maintained, but the elevator was broken so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs, and there was no rush to fix it.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay in a perfect Boston location; the well‑designed, welcoming environment made returning a delight. The relaxed lobby helped me catch my breath. I was surprised—since I expected a kettle in the room—by the morning coffee service, which I appreciated. The king‑size room was lovely, with a large bed suitable for two adults and a 3‑year‑old child. Some desk staff were very friendly, while others were not; they were polite but rigid and not very flexible or attentive. I had a problem with Booking’s auto‑fill system, feeling like a liar claiming a fake reservation. The bed was too soft for my taste, and the child’s cot lacked a mattress—just a sheet on top, which was ridiculous. Thankfully the king bed accommodated all three of us. The bathroom was nice and functional, but they should use anti‑scale cleaner more effectively.
