The view from the room and restaurant was amazing. The road to get there isn’t paved. The restaurant staff are very young and not well trained, it’s obvious they don’t know details about the wine and food offered. Prices are quite high, especially considering the low level of service and experience. The Qvevri rooms are a bit too small, hard to find space for the suitcase, no shelves or any place to put down your things, so our stuff was just all over the floor. The spa was disappointing; to use the sauna and hot tub you need to call in advance to prepare it. Overall, the price was half of what we paid, I would say it matched the experience. Although the hotel is nice and in a nice location it is definitely overpriced for what you get.

Quiet, calm, fresh air, vineyard view, the rooms in the main building look impressive and clean, staff are courteous, rooms in the main building are in good order. The access path to the hotel is unpaved, not lit, and hard to see at night. The Quori unit isn’t well equipped for guests, lacking furniture to sit and place luggage and clothes. Breakfast is very poor, the coffee machine didn’t work, no other coffee available.

“Interesting”

Unusual rooms - we had one of the qvevrebi rooms. It was very disorganised - we went out for the day getting back at 5.00 and our room hadn’t been cleaned
