The location is fairly central and the room feels cozy, but the building itself feels like an oasis in a desert, with a rundown palace setting. The walls of the staircase are broken, the electrical boxes are open, and the entrance is anonymous; the heavy door looks like a garage door, making it hard to spot the property. The gate key is defective, the common landing is shared with other apartments, and there is no elevator, so climbing to the third floor with an old staircase and luggage is exhausting and unwelcoming.

The location is excellent and the place is very clean, but there's no lift, it's on the second floor, and the lobby needs renovation.
