“Not up to the expectated Novotel standard”
The room was comfy, but the common areas and the room itself felt tatty and dirty, and there were extra parking fees. The hot breakfast was cold, dry, and not fresh.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. There was a strange odor in the corridor and elevator, which was not very pleasant.

The location was convenient for where I needed to be, but the food was rubbish; the staff behind the bar ignored me, and when I asked how long she had been there, she said only a week and was unhappy. I won’t return to that run‑down place.

The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly, yet the property was run‑down and the lift was awful—sounds like it might break down.
