The experience at Palazzo Dogana was very good; everything was really awesome. The only downside is that the bathroom is not in the room.

The place was beautiful, tidy, and the location was great. The sounds from the neighboring room and outside came very clearly into my room, which is typical for old, pretty buildings.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Dogana! The location in the heart of the historic centre was unbeatable—just a short walk to the ferry port, train station, and the seafront, with great restaurants right on our doorstep. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, blending classic charm with modern comforts like fast Wi‑Fi and quiet A/C. Check‑in was super smooth using the mobile app, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. We would happily stay here again! The only minor disappointment was that breakfast wasn’t quite as described, being a bit more limited than expected, but with so many amazing cafés right outside it didn’t take away from an overall great experience.
