The spot was great and the staff were helpful, but the checkout was a nightmare. They’d taken 100 % of the money upfront, sent an email confirming payment, yet the front desk insisted nothing had been received. Only after I warned them that this was a cyber‑fraud issue and that we should involve the police did they finally admit the payment was received.
