“Disappointing. It was a nice stay, not fabulous, we had higher expectations.”

The food was delicious, and I enjoyed the buffet restaurant, snack bar menus, drinks menu, games, and entertainment. The after‑hours snack bar being open was a nice touch, and it was convenient to have free shuttles to Atlantis and Cabbage Beach. I didn’t like the restrictions on dining at some restaurants that were only open on certain days, so we couldn’t try them all. I think all room fridges should stock some beers and sodas because it’s an all‑incl experience; I never had to pay extra for that at any other all‑incl resort worldwide. I have video proof that while renovations were being done, saw dust was flying overhead while guests were in the pool/bar, which was a terrible health and cleanliness issue. Only the outside bar was available until the afternoon when the inside one opens, so if you’re inside you have to walk a couple of minutes outside to get another drink.

The staff are always smiling and eager to help, welcoming everyone and going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The all‑inclusive package is actually outstanding, with a very clean and tidy pool and beach area. The buffet offers tasty and varied dishes, and I liked the variety. The atmosphere and music are amazing, and the cocktails are fine and tasty. On the downside, the bathroom and closet in the room show the age of the hotel. Also, it’s currently impossible to book any spa services through the reception team.

The food was AMAZING.!!! Best food that I have had at an all-inclusive hotel. The rooms need to be upgraded, and my bathroom tub had an issue
