The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, and the water park was great. It took 40 minutes to get my car. I couldn’t eat at the market café because the hotel’s main restaurant was overcrowded.

very good waterpark, good rooms, many options for food, very good service (especially the IZ restaurant manager Mr. Santosh and his team at the restaurant) - very good family stay place. nothing in particular

The property was clean and my ambassador suite was very spacious; the spa was the best with a lovely facial. However, the laundry bags were never replaced, the breakfast food never changed, and I sensed some staff were racist, making me feel out of place. I raised a few complaints with managers Sagar and Zain, who improved things a lot – thanks Sagar and Zain.
