The available space and the private feel of the apartment. Great clarity. Located in a quiet neighborhood, no traffic.

The staff and property are very friendly and helpful. The environment feels a bit unwelcoming.

The place is very pretty and the service is excellent, but everything is far away.

The area is quiet, but the cleaning is poor, walls have mold, the location is inconvenient, and the air conditioning is broken.
