The only decent thing about this place was the new room they gave us the next day after we complained about the tiny, awful room they initially gave us. The new room was fine, but it was too little, too late. We had booked a package that included breakfast, but when we asked for it, they told us they didn't have any such facility. It was a bit of a letdown, but at least the new room made up for it.

“Close your hotel if you are not able to serve”

This place was a nightmare from start to finish. I arrived around 4 pm, checked in, and opened the room to be hit with a wall of cigarette smoke and smell. I asked them to spray some room freshener, but it didn't work. When I requested a hot water kettle, they flat-out denied it, saying they don't provide kettles, despite showing images of them on their website. We had a 2-year-old with us, and we needed it for baby food. They were unhelpful and rude.
