The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great, the little room “sole e luna divina” was lovely, and the double room was stunning.

Margarita and her mother provided excellent service and overall it’s a wonderful choice in Lucca. No negatives.

La posizione è defilata rispetto al centro di Lucca ma molto tranquilla e con la possibilità di un posto auto riservato agli ospiti con piazzole coperte assai comode. Bella la stanza, arredata con gusto e piuttosto ampia. Manca un frigo bar in camera ma è a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti un frigorifero in sala colazioni. Comodissima l’uscita dell’autostrada a qualche centinaio di metri. La mattina l’acqua calda funzionava male per cui ho dovuto fare la doccia tiepida ma per fortuna era una giornata calda
The place is on the outskirts of Lucca and the only transport from there is a car. One room had an electrical issue that the owner insisted was fine until I proved otherwise. In the end the power problem was fixed, but the air‑conditioner never worked.
