The room is very comfortable, yet the check‑in is slow, the room wasn’t ready at the scheduled time, and the data‑entry wait was long—pre‑loading through the app doesn’t help—and then there was a long wait before the room was handed over.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel are solid, though the hallway noise gets louder when people walk by.

The spot is great, just one block from Copacabana beach, and the rooms and beds feel comfy. The hotel staff are attentive and efficient, but the facilities look pretty old and could use a refresh. The room had a noticeable cigarette‑like scent, and the fridge‑freezer was loud enough to disturb sleep.

Excellent value for money! It exceeded all my expectations. The hotel has an excellent location, perfect facilities, and a staff that is extremely courteous and helpful. The room is very clean, has a very comfortable bed, great towels, and an excellent shower. Breakfast is also very good. I would definitely stay again! Everything was perfect.
