The description of the hotel is far better than the reality. There is no focus on customer needs.
This family‑run hotel had wonderfully kind staff and they served amazing strawberry limoncello. Nothing else to add.
“Perfect spot for a week exploring Sorrento with cool,”
The owners were lovely, friendly, and everything was clean and well maintained. Cooling off in the pool was a real perk on hot, sunny afternoons. Getting to Sant Agnello train station was easy for trips to Sorrento, Pompeii, and Vesuvius. The only drawback was that the bathroom felt a little dated, but it was still kept very clean.

The room was close to the metro and bus connections, and the housekeeping cleaned daily and supplied fresh towels. The shower was a bit lacking; it mainly radiated heat and you couldn’t adjust it yourself.

We had a great stay. The best part was the air conditioning, which was always on; when we returned, the rooms were very cool. The hotel also offers free parking in a shaded area. No complaints.
