The location is great.

The room had a TV, everything else was fine, especially clean. There was no fridge to keep things fresh, and the hotel bar was closed with no staff to find.

The room had no air conditioning and no dark curtains, giving it a kind of 80s vibe but not terrible. It sits in a quiet neighbourhood.

I liked the lobby with the books on display. When I arrived, the reception was empty and I didn’t know how to get in; only after calling the emergency line did I learn the key was in a locker.

The late check‑in was coordinated perfectly and the breakfast was great.
