The hotel’s location is very good, but I booked a 5‑day stay at the “Slavyanskiy” hotel, and a day after arrival circumstances changed and I needed to leave urgently. I went straight to the front desk to discuss an early departure. The female administrator verbally agreed to my departure and assured me there was no problem, but said the refund for unused days had to be processed through the booking system. Relying on her words, I packed and vacated the room. However, after I sent the official change‑and‑refund request twice through the system, the hotel rejected both times. I find this behavior dishonest: they give a verbal agreement on the spot for the guest to leave, then back‑up with system rejections. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel because of its unfair treatment of guests and lack of customer focus.
