I slept in a comfortable bed in a large room that had a sofa and a separate sleeping alcove. The place was clean and the price was reasonable, but after staying for two nights the trash bins had to be emptied after just one day.

The staff were friendly, the rooms and the overall design of the hotel were great, and the breakfasts were excellent.

The best part was the restaurant – it was fun, cozy, and really good! When we arrived, we were told to stay in the green building, outside the higher entrance, and that our room was number 12. That turned out to be wrong, so we went back to the reception and asked the same woman if she was sure that room 12 was in the green building outside, since there was no door marked 12 and the sign pointed up to the second floor for room 12. She looked at me oddly and said, “room 12 is up there, yes,” as if it were obvious, with no apology for having given the wrong information.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. We had a delicious dinner. We came with our dog and took a wonderful walk around Tranemosjön right outside the door – perfect!
