Everything was fine.
Breakfast was better than good, and the room and bed were also better than good. The Wi‑Fi was weak, and the TV had a poor signal.

The room was very nice and spacious, with good furnishings and comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty and flavorful, and the restaurant offered good food at a fair price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The south‑facing balcony room was noisy when the window was open; loud people on the second‑over‑next balcony could be heard well into the night, and a person in the lounge outside was also loud. Traffic on the nearby road was audible at night with the window open. For anyone who says close the windows because there is an air‑conditioner, yes it exists, but it is also very loud when sleeping and I don’t want to catch a cold from that.
Nice sports hotel with a small indoor pool, tennis court and more on the edge of the lovely city of Emden, perfect for cycling trips. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant could still improve.
