The fridge wasn’t working and they refused to replace it; the pool was cold; breakfast was missing, except for a couple of sandwiches; the staff tried to make it better, but the management didn’t care.

The hotel is clean and new, but the breakfast isn’t a buffet.

The staff were friendly, the rooms stayed spotless, and the breakfasts were delicious, but there was no active bar on the top floor.
