Colleen was the first person we spoke to; she handled our check‑in, was very helpful, kind, and understanding.

The staff were friendly, the pool and hot tub were nice, parking was plentiful, and breakfast was good.

The staff were great and had a positive attitude, but the hotel itself felt dated and the bed was uncomfortable; for over $199 a night I expected more.

My stay at this hotel was a delight, with a clean and cozy room that made me feel right at home. The warm and welcoming atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the great breakfast was the icing on the cake.
