The eggs ,biscuits and gravy were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. We usually clean before we touch anything but everything was dust free and the cloths that we cleaned with came out white. N/A

We like this location because it's off the beaten path, quieter but still close to CSU (our main destination). The breakfast is nice and super convenient. I like that they have greener options and let you choose how much housekeeping you want during your stay. Also, they have moved the coffee to the lobby so it's available 24/7 and you don't have to wonder about "is the coffee maker clean?" or "did someone do something to the coffee maker." The soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. are in refillable bottles = less waste. The blinds are a bit hard to operate (the chains get confusing). Also, first floor rooms you can hear breakfast prep begin in the morning if you're on that end of the hallway

The front desk staff were fantastic, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, and the room and bed felt very comfortable; breakfast was decent and I slept well each night, with no concerns at all.
