Location wins, yet the upkeep is disappointing.

The owner is genuinely kind and always reachable, and the bathroom was actually clean, but the property itself is in bad shape – mold spots on the walls, rusty windows, missing faucet parts, a ceiling with stains and cracks. The rooms have no real windows, just tiny high‑up tilt panes, and there’s no front desk; you get a key and are left to fend for yourself, with doors that look like the locks are about to give out.

The micro‑suite sits in a prime spot and the host was quick and courteous, making the price feel like a good deal, but the mattress was firmer than I’d like and the cleaning left a lot to be desired – the ceiling fan was dusty, the bathroom curtain was grimy, and the foam ceiling was riddled with holes. All in all, great location and value, but the comfort could use an upgrade.
