“Central location and clean”

Very good and central location. Clean enough. The hotel and the breakfast were good for the price paid (though the breakfast can be improved a bit). The staff were nice. Very good value in my opinion.

I stayed close to Calea Victoriei and the receptionist was very friendly and pleasant, but the room felt cold and the street noise kept me awake all night because my room had a window facing the street.

The location was good and the room was spacious, yet the room next to the reception was noisy and the kitchen smell drifted into the room in the morning.

“Good central location, comfortable room, decent buffet breakfast”

The double room was comfortable and roomy, and the buffet breakfast was included in the room rate; it’s near Piata Romana for public transport, including the M2 metro line, and there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Getting to the main railway station or the international airport is a straightforward bus ride (about 30 minutes from Piata Romana for 3 RON each, though only standing room is available on Monday lunchtime). A pro tip: use the Moovit app for transport routes and timetables and the 24pay app for tickets. The only downside was that the power cable on the kettle was a bit short.
