The location and staff were great, the room was fine but the bedding felt very old and the hotel’s cleanliness was lacking. The food menu and buffet were inconsistent, restaurant orders weren’t available, and the room photos listed more than five items that weren’t actually there; the buffet was also poor and the facilities were subpar.

The staff were exceptional, helping me arrange trains from Sukabumi to Gunung Padang, which is tough for a foreigner.
