The experience was excellent—highly recommended! My stay at Hotel Estrela do Vale in Ipatinga was simply wonderful and left a lasting impression. I liked everything: the location, reception, service, cleanliness, comfort, and the attention from the whole team. From the moment I arrived I was very well received. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. The breakfast was marvelous and very diverse, with a great selection of breads, biscuits, cakes, sweet and savory pies, juices, coffee, milk, and many other options. I only missed scrambled eggs, but that didn’t diminish the quality of the breakfast at all. The rooms were very clean, as were the linens and towels. The air‑conditioning worked very well—top notch! The minibar was also impressive, chilling items very well, almost freezing them! I also want to highlight the work of the housekeepers, reception, front desk, and garage staff. Everything was very organized and ran smoothly. The cleaning was truly immaculate. Another positive point is the elevator, which is fast and efficient—something that makes a difference during a stay. In short, I have only praise! It’s that kind of hotel that makes you think, “I’d come back without hesitation.” You can stay here with confidence! I highly recommend Hotel Estrela do Vale and will definitely return on my next visit to Ipatinga. Congratulations to the entire team for their excellent work! Experience rating 10! No complaints; everything met or exceeded my expectations during the stay.

The hotel is simple—nothing fancy. The breakfast is acceptable. The pillows were a problem.
