L'emplacement est bon. Le lit est catastrophique, il n’y a rien dans la chambre pour préparer un thé ou un café, et on est au 5e étage sans ascenseur.

Close to the city centre, the price is fair and the bath towels are a good size. It’s a bit tight getting into one side of the bed. I still don’t understand why hotels now ask for photo ID; they didn’t register me anywhere on arrival and just looked at it, which seems pointless especially when they already had my money.

The room was too small, the smallest among all the hotels we stayed in the UK. The elevator didn’t work, so we had to climb five floors with luggage, and they also charged us for early check‑in. The mattress was hard and in poor condition.
