The location at the service station was extremely convenient for a stop on a two‑day homecoming trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided coins for the coffee machine because we wanted to leave early and skip breakfast.

I want to thank Marko, the manager, who showed me that empathy and professionalism still exist. I rarely meet someone as helpful, kind, and well‑mannered as him. After my flight was cancelled and I found myself in a chaotic situation, Marko picked me up at the airport and welcomed me with exceptional kindness and professionalism. The hotel is very clean, Marko is punctual and extremely professional, and the level of hospitality is outstanding. If I could give 20/10, I would! I highly recommend this hotel, its owner, and the entire team. A truly exceptional experience.
