The staff were nice, yet the room was dirty—towels, curtains, and floors all had stains, and there were a few roaches that made me feel uneasy.

Everything was great, but the room wasn’t ready when I arrived for check‑in.

I thought the price was a good deal, but the room had roaches and the place felt more like an apartment complex with tenants that reminded me of a scary movie.

There was nothing positive; it was a roach‑infested mess, and roaches were everywhere.

Not too far from UDel. Property wasn’t kept up well, rooms weren’t clean, and the staff wasn’t attentive
