“Disappointed”
The hotel’s location was good, but the carpets in the rooms and hallways were very dirty, the ceiling in room 319 had stains, and at about 09:30 the staff started packing up breakfast while my family and I were still eating, even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 11:00 am; as regular guests this was the first time I had experienced this.
The location was fine, but the mattress didn't smell pleasant and cigarette smoke lingered even though management denied smoking in that area.

The reception staff were very warm, yet the kitchen staff rudely told me to leave because I was wearing slippers.
