I appreciated the staff, especially the manager, for helping me get rooms, but I was not told that my reservation wasn’t completed. I received an invoice, yet when I arrived there were no rooms available; apparently my credit card didn’t go through, even though I thought I was paying on site. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience.

The location is close to shops and services, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The place looks a bit faded and worn in some areas.

The hotel was overbooked and offered no alternative accommodation, leaving me stranded in the middle of the night. I managed to find another place that night, but it was a stressful experience. I had to contact the booking platform to get a refund.
The facility was nice and the staff were great! The walls are a bit thin, and the couple next door woke up my family at 4 am and were super loud.
