“Pessima esperienza e zero trasparenza”

I had a terrible experience, especially with reservation management and customer support. I requested to shorten my stay from two to one night; the hotel accepted the change in their chat, then later informed me that they would not refund the cancelled night. Why confirm a change only to hold the full amount without prior notice? To compensate, they offered to reschedule the night for another date, but when I tried to use it (the hotel was fully booked), they redirected me to a nearby property and charged me several surcharges, including a 25€ fee for a late check‑in. Charging an extra fee for a "late check‑in" at a hotel is absurd and something I’ve never seen applied elsewhere. Beyond the poor management professionalism, the hotel itself is lacking: the rooms are decidedly dated and need renovation, and the breakfast service is chaotic and poorly managed. Definitely not recommended.

“Soggiorno breve”

The room was spotless, but the bathroom could use a liquid soap dispenser; the small sachets in plastic were a bit inconvenient.
