The person who welcomed us was kind, but the apartment description didn’t match what we got. I booked a 42 m² family room, and the listing mentioned a private lounge and a private bathroom. Instead, we ended up with two 12 m² rooms separated by another adjacent room, which was far from ideal with two toddlers. There was nothing private, which also bothered the occupants of the other room who hadn’t expected such a layout based on what they had read.
