“Boa localização, mas banho frio.”

The bed was good, and the pillows and sheets had good quality. The location is perfect, just cross the street and everything is there. The shower either takes too long to heat or doesn’t heat at all; one day I had no hot water for a shower. Breakfast is weak. The air conditioner doesn’t heat, and the blankets are thin microfiber ones; on a cold day I needed three folded blankets in the middle. The key cards for the door are very easy to decode, so I had to go to reception all the time. Reception staff were few. The facilities are very old and need maintenance and cleaning.

“Bom custo beneficio”

I liked how close it was to my office in São Paulo, and the breakfast met my current needs without being complicated. The restaurant sits in the center of the hotel, so the noise rises even on the higher floors; on the day I stayed, the noise persisted later into the night.

“Boa localização, estacionamento gratuito, banheira em vez de box”

The hotel is near everything and offers free parking. In the apartment I stayed, the bathtub was converted into a shower box, which felt a bit unsafe for bathing.

The location is excellent. The hotel is very good, and breakfast is great. The location and valet service were the only negatives.

“Localização muito boa. Atrás da av Paulista.”

Localização muito boa. Atrás da av Paulista. Café da manhã muito bom. Mobília bem usada com aspecto de velho. Acabei vendo outros quartos para conseguir uma cama mais confortável e ao que parece não tem muito um padrão entre os quartos. São bem diferentes, alguns até parece já reformado. Deck da piscina com várias tábuas soltas (risco de acidente)
