Great reception and a wonderful atmosphere. It isn’t “first class,” but if you’re coming from the bush or want that kind of experience, you’ll know what you’re getting! We would definitely return. We were 7 campers.

The place is run by a family, which gives it a warm, personal vibe you don’t get at big hotels. Everything felt home‑made and the owners were clearly proud of what they do. I’d definitely stay again.

The hosts were really nice, the house itself is nicely designed with some fun paintings, and we all ate together at the communal dinner. Honestly, I liked everything about it – nothing stood out as a problem.

The rooms were decent, but the numbering system is pretty confusing – a fellow guest accidentally walked into our room while we were changing. Luckily we weren’t in the shower at the time; the shower is actually outside the room, which works fine as long as nobody pops in unannounced. What really threw me off was the communal table for dinner and breakfast; it felt intrusive, none of the families seemed comfortable, and it wasn’t mentioned beforehand.
