“Minha estadia foi razoável.”

The location is good, the shower is excellent, and the kitchen corner is very nice even though we didn’t use it. The room is reasonable. The gate’s lock doesn’t work properly. The parking space, when the lodge is fully booked, doesn’t fit cars. The entrance to the room is awful, the locker system doesn’t work, and it’s extremely hard to open. The room is reasonable, but there are no bedside tables to support your stuff. Cleanliness was lacking; the sheets were very worn. The worst were the towels, completely stained, and we were hesitant to use them, but we had no choice. The room was dark and the bathroom even darker. The place is totally rustic, with no ceiling. The fan outlet is missing, the mirror is missing, and the flush valve is broken.

“Pousada linda e aconchegante!”

The location is great! The lodge itself is beautiful and well‑wooded. The suite we stayed in was very private. Manager Janete answered my question promptly. We’re already planning a return. Nothing to complain about.

“Desgaste emocional, extremamente decepcionante, frustrante e desconfortável!”

The location and cleanliness were fine. However, the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We arrived a bit before check‑in and were told by an employee that an electrical intervention would be needed in the room. We understood and had no objections because we were early. My husband even accompanied the service and noticed that some electrical problems hadn’t been fixed, including an external light that stayed out of order. Before we left to explore the city, my husband took a shower and found that the shower was burned out. We immediately contacted the person in charge, Mrs. Janete, and went on our tour. While visiting the local sights, we were told we had to pause our plans and return to the lodge to follow a new repair attempt. Trusting good faith, we allowed entry into the room for the fix, as the key had been left inside. However, we were told this wasn’t possible for security reasons. We returned to the lodge and, to our surprise, the spare key provided by the administration didn’t work. Later, an employee had to open the door with a knife, which caused us great discomfort and worry. The main problem remained unsolved: the shower still didn’t work. We were told no technical assistance was available after 5 pm. Although the owner was friendly, that friendliness didn’t solve the basic, essential need for any guest: a hot shower. The result was a stay marked by disruptions, wasted time, and interruption of our outing.

“Bem decpcionante”

Everything was dusty, stuck everywhere, even mouse droppings in the room. If it had been cleaned up, the size would have been decent.
