“buena”
The lady was very attentive and friendly, the room was small but cozy and warm. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the central plaza.
The shower and the room were very good. The Wi‑Fi practically didn’t work in the room.
The staff were friendly and helpful (they kept my bags and accepted late check‑in). Hot water had good pressure, and the rooftop allowed you to dry your clothes. The location was a drawback: the bus terminal was a 30‑minute drive away and the city center was a 30‑minute walk.
The welcome was very warm, the breakfast good, and the bed comfortable. Liliana was friendly and gave helpful tips for exploring Ayacucho; the rooftop terrace with sofas, tables, and shared kitchen was great. Laundry service was offered at a reasonable price. It’s a 20‑minute walk from the plaza de armas. The only issue was that you could hear the nearby airport during the day, but not at night or early morning.
