The hotel sits a 10‑15 minute walk from Disney and the breakfast is great. I asked months ahead for rooms next to each other on the first floor because a family member is handicapped, but I was assigned a third‑floor room about seven rooms apart. I told the receptionist about the handicap, yet I was told no suitable rooms existed. Even though elevators are available, it could still be a hassle for a handicapped person.

The front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast can get quite chaotic at times, and some of the food—especially cooked items and packaged pastries—was not the best quality.

The waffles at breakfast were delicious, and the shower was easy to use with good pressure. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney and the price is great. The breakfast area was small and crowded on our last day, so we had to eat in our room.
