Staybridge Suites Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont by IHG

“Ok”

Everything was fine, and nothing was off.

“Fantastic place to stay for very specific needs, like needing to stay in the Rosemont area or wanting to eat homecooked”

The room felt like a small apartment, and the location was perfect for my needs with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, the room was poorly lit, the hotel restaurant was mediocre, and the kitchenette was very limited—no microwave‑oven combo, and only a handful of pots and pans.

“청소좀 하세요..”

The location was good, but the breakfast was disappointing, and I don't understand why housekeeping never cleaned the room during my three‑night stay. Even after meeting the housekeeper and leaving a tip, no cleaning was done at all—unacceptable for an American hotel.

“Short and not sweet. Wish the Tv worked, shower door worked and bathroom faucet worked… next.”

Room 802 had a shower door that never stayed open, so I had to hold it with my foot while showering. The top of the bathroom faucet in room 802 falls off if you lift it, the television didn’t work on the one night I wanted to relax for an hour, and the $20 extra parking fee was outrageous. This place sucked and I was very disappointed by the lack of quality and maintenance.

Mostly good, but the breakfast space was small with limited choices.
