“My 16 day stay at Neo”

While my stay at this hotel had its moments, there were several issues that detracted from my overall experience. On the plus side, the location was great, and the staff were helpful and kind. However, the room I stayed in was a bit dirty and dark, with no ceiling light to speak of. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff seemed to have a problem with replacing used towels, leaving me to call reception multiple times to get fresh towels delivered.

“Be careful before you book”

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, which unfortunately fell far short of my expectations. The noise from the street, with constant car and motorcycle traffic, was incredibly distracting and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the lack of privacy was a major issue, as I could easily hear my neighbors through the thin walls.
