The hotel sits in a nice area with food, shopping, and entertainment nearby, and the lobby and entrance look good. The room itself was outdated, the toilet handle was broken and I had to lift the tank to reseat it, the tub was dingy with a permanent ring, the room smelled of smoke even though it was listed as non‑smoking, and my neighbors talked loudly late into the night, letting the noise seep through the walls; overall the room clearly needs updates. Breakfast was bland and mostly carbs, and I would not have booked if I had seen the room first; it seems the owners invest only in the entrance, common areas, and exterior.
