I recently stayed at a hotel that had outdated facilities. The room was not what I expected, and the overall condition of the hotel was not up to par. I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at a hotel with my 5-year-old daughter after a long and tiring journey. The exterior of the hotel looked run-down, and the surrounding area had an unpleasant sewage smell. Despite this, we were eager to shower and rest, so I showed the receptionist my reservation. However, to my surprise, they informed me that I would have to pay a higher price, around 20% more, and leave a security deposit, which wasn't mentioned in the hotel's policy or booking confirmation email.
