I booked a villa with a pool, but it turned out to be an apartment without a pool, which isn’t what the website showed.

The overall layout of the facility, especially the landscaping, is great, but the main floor of our room wasn’t clean when we arrived and I had to call for a re‑mopping, which was unfortunate.

The Grand’s beach and pools were great, but the buffet breakfast was among the worst I’ve had while traveling the country; I stayed at Holiday In order Imperial.

The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, but the place felt too big.

The design, location, view, staff, and food were all excellent, yet the price and cleanliness left something to be desired.
