You can't help but love Eliana and her husband; they're super welcoming and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, with scrambled eggs in just the right amount for each person. The pool is wonderful, and the hotel is close to the city. Our rooms were spotless and everything was in order. They really care about their guests. This is my second stay and I’ll definitely return for the great value.

I loved the service, the coffee, and the stay, but I wish the room lights were yellow or there was a lamp to make it cozier and more romantic.

The place is very quiet and peaceful, the staff are very attentive, and the atmosphere feels completely family‑friendly and safe. Breakfast is generous, with homemade breads, and the setting is pleasant. The bed and shower are excellent, and I had a good chat with the white‑haired host. If you’re heading to Águas, this is the spot!
