The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to Trabzon Square and everything nearby. Staff Miraj and Doud were very courteous, sophisticated, helpful, and cheerful, and I thank them for the warm reception. The hotel is clean and we found our room ready upon arrival. The single, narrow elevator caused a significant issue for us as we were visiting Trabzon at the end of the season.

The room was clean, with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The staff were attentive, and we stayed one night for transit, which was very convenient. However, a socket was loose and needs light repair.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge make it suitable for families, it’s close to the square and completely quiet with no disturbance, yet the price is high.
